On this, International Women’s Day 2019, The Rona Sailing Project would like to give a massive, shout out to all the women and girls who make a massive and meaningful contribution to The Project. To all of those women inside and outside of the Project who have blazed trails, and both the men and women who have advocated for and supported girls participation – we thank you. Women are now represented at every level in The Rona Sailing Project, we have three females trustees, a female Project Director and Project Secretary, Skipper, Mates, Watch Officers, Watch Leaders and crews.
