More than 160 people gathered in Macdonald Botley Park Hotel & Spa to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of The Rona Sailing Project on October 8th 2022, having been postponed for two years due to COVID.
Trustees, staff and volunteers past and present were accompanied by family members, friends and supporters to celebrate an incredible milestone for The Rona Sailing Project. We were grateful to be able to celebrate with so many family members, the support from whom has allowed hundreds of volunteers to continue to make The RSP a success. It also afforded our former volunteers a long-awaited opportunity to catch up with old friends and meet new volunteers.
Special thanks to Ann for arranging the wonderful evening, to everyone at the Botley Park Hotel as well as the fantastic band, The Moonlighters, who ensured that the evening was such an enormous success.
Thanks to everyone who travelled from far and wide to be at the party and we look forward to the 70th in a mere eight years’ time.
