The RSP will host a day sail with patients and nurses from The Breast Department in Queen Alexandra (QA) Hospital on September 15th. The day is being organised by dynamic and unstoppable Metastatic Breast Cancer Nurse Specialist, Ellie Blaiklock who who goes above and beyond in supporting the ladies in her unit. We are aiming to give everyone a memorable, fun day on the water with our own team of dedicated RSP volunteers two of whom are nurses.
This is the second trip that Ellie has organised for her patients and we are looking forward to welcoming them on board again for a fun day in the Solent.
Ellie has set up a Wonderful Fundraising page to fund the sail. 100% of the funds raised will will go towards the costs including a delicious lunch so that no one has to pay a penny. All donations are appreciated and will have a massive impact on this tremendous group of women!
